we live in a cozy apartment in the italian market neighborhood of philadelphia. i like to make things. i went to school for illustration and graphic design, but really don’t like computers that much. now i paint pictures…some of my work has been in galleries in pennsylvania, new jersey, and new york (with more shows on the horizon). i spin yarn, sew little creatures and sock dogs and clothes, make jewelery, and other crafty things. i also teach art classes for kiddos and adults, and that is my favorite thing to do. i have alot of talented friends that inspire me everyday. i also like to drink tea, and have a severe obsession with houseplants.

not sure if you are going to remember us, but my girlfriend and i stopped by mew gallery about a month or so ago and chatted it up with you re: the gallery and the hood.
i think you were playing stand-in.
anyhow, we actually scored a phat pad on 11th and Christian and are moving on 5/9. we are definitely going to stop by for mew events and are particularly stoked about the sewing night, um, with wine. i also have another question i thought you might be able to help me with. i am desparately trying to identify someone/someplace to learn t-shirt silkscreening. thought you or another mew associate would be able to point me in the right direction.
